As an event planner, you have many details to worry about. Black Gift Bag.com can provide attractive gift bags filled with great products or we can coordinate with your vendors to obtain their samples, fill the bags and ship them to your event (shipping fees may apply if outside of Atlanta). You will have one less thing to manage, which will allow you more time to focus on other details of your event.

If Black Gift Bag uses their own sponsors for the bag, we do not charge the event planner for our services (with the exception of customized services). Please keep in mind our ability to service your event depends on our business sponsorship. Our services include:
Classy Gift bags for all attendees. (If you wish to have your company name and logo printed on the bag a printer set up fee is required.)
Free advertising about your event. We obtain sponsors for our bags. As part of the sponsor package we advertise an event by announcing our participation in an event with the event contact information. We then thank our sponsors of the gift bags. Professional postcards are mailed and/or distributed. An ad is placed in the local newspaper and information is placed on our site.
Professional Services during your event. If you desire, our staff will dress in appropriate attire to greet and distribute the gift bags at the front door. All of BGB staff members are very professional and will add that extra touch to your event. We can also convey any special instructions you may want to give your guests.
Mia Valigia Bags are available. If you desire to give gifts to your special guests or winners, Mia Valigia gift bags are available for purchase. The bags can be customized or designed to coordinate with your event theme. The Mia bags were given at the Women of Distinction awards show March, 2010. They have pictures on their site:http://www.modatlanta.org/wod/index.htm. We are honored that Mia Valigia works exclusively with BGB.
Due to the customization of these bags a quote can only be given after a consultation with our creative director.

If you would like for us to only work with your event vendors, the following fee applies:
Classy Gift Bags for all attendees. . If you wish to have your company name and logo hot stampled on the bag a printer set up fee is required. You may also use our custom gift bag service. We will communicate with your vendors and arrange for items to be sent to us. We will stuff the bags/box and deliver to your event.
Professional Services during your event. If you desire, our staff will dress in appropriate attire to greet and distribute the gift bags at the front door. All of BGB staff members are very professional and will add that extra touch to your event. We can also convey any special instructions you may want to give your guests. This service can only be used in conjunction with our gift bag service.
$100 (max. 4 hours of service)
